The following changes adopted by the church union were against the expectations of Anglican Faithful.
- Adoption of women Ordination.
- Marriages in Church after divorce.
- Adoption of Hindu Custom in celebration of Christian Marriage.
- Change in Celebration of the Holy Eucharist.
- Not care to maintain Apostolic Succession.
- Removing the Alter (Holy Table) from its original place.
- Selling the dedicated and consecrated Church and Cemetery land.
- Do not allow Anglican Faithful to perform their worship in accordance to their traditional Anglican Faith and do not allow burying the deads of Anglican Faithful.
- Now the reasoning to consider homosexuals in Holy orders.
All the above hurt the Anglicans Faithful. Most of them stopped to attend church services and to take the Holy Communion from non-conformist Priests and Bishops. It was all to start agitation and opposition of the Church Union, but it was all without the leadership of Anglican Bishops. Search was all started to find Bishops in valid apostolic succession to consecrate Bishops for Traditional Anglican Congregations. In 1976 and 1977 Bishop Jai Singh Thakore and Bishop C.L.Parshad had been consecrated in America to serve the Anglican Church in India. It was not sufficient for this big continent.
Then the request was sent to the Most Rev. Louis W. Falk in 1982 through Bishop Adams. The Archbishop Falk accepted the request and visited India in 1982 to take round of Lucknow, Amritsar and Delhi Dioceses. During this time he examined the candidates for Bishops elect, and gave his consent to consecrate them. He invited (Late) Bishop John A Prakash to consecrate him at Pokepse New York and 10 Anglican Bishops laid their hands and authorized Bishop John A. Prakash to serve the Anglican Communion in India.
